Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive the product to request a return.
The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the Product resulting from its use in a manner that goes beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new product.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving a reason.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, letting you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be processed and credited by your bank or credit card issuer.
