Nello is inspired by sports aesthetics and movement, but designed as lifestyle footwear. They’re perfect for intense days in the city, long walks or travel. However, they are not specialized performance shoes for professional running or heavy training.
Our heart beats in the rhythm of Italian style and city life. The creative process takes place in Europe, while production is handled by modern, specialized factories in Asia. Thanks to strict quality control and global production standards, we deliver footwear that combines strong design with durability and accessibility.
Our sizing is generally true to size, but we always recommend checking the size chart available on each product page. The best way is to measure the insole length of your favourite shoes and compare it with our data. If you are between two sizes, we usually suggest choosing the larger one for maximum comfort.
We design our footwear to be versatile. Nello models, thanks to flexible materials, adapt well to the shape of the foot. Teo models have a classic casual construction that offers enough space and comfort for all‑day wear.
We know you can’t wait for your new pair. Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours. Standard delivery time within the country is 2–4 business days.
Absolutely. Once your parcel is shipped, you’ll receive an e‑mail with a tracking number and a link where you can follow the delivery status.
Your satisfaction is key to us. You have 14 days to return unworn shoes in their original packaging. The process is simple – just fill out the return form available on our website and send the parcel back to our logistics center.
We recommend cleaning them by hand with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid machine washing and drying directly in the sun or on heaters – this will help preserve the intense colours (especially the neon lime of Nello) and the structure of the materials.
